An expansive detached home with a double garage for a demanding investor with distinctly modern views on aesthetics.
The building’s compact, clean and cubical form lends it a residential look, which is further highlighted by the broad, roofed “entrance avenue” featuring a distinct colonnade. The house is a white sculpture standing in a modern garden.
The building is clearly divided into a night zone for the residents and a day zone, which comprises the living room, dining room, kitchen, study and guest rooms. A unique and comfortable staircase facing the living room provides access to the first floor. The first floor takes up space only in the central part of the building, as the ground floor clearly “extends” beyond its outline. The spacious terraces on the first floor with a view of the neighbouring landscape were designed in the form of a green roof.
