The designers’ vision was to create a home that blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings, making the most of the landscape’s beauty and the property’s abundant sunlight.
In the immediate vicinity of the forest, a unique single-family residence was designed, synonymous with modern elegance, privacy, and a conscious lifestyle close to nature. The client sought comfort, timeless quality, and a unique character for the space.
The building’s architecture is based on a harmonious dialogue with its surroundings. A simple, refined form and carefully chosen proportions allow the house to blend subtly into the landscape while emphasizing its prestigious character.
Light was used as an architectural element in this project. The building was precisely oriented relative to the cardinal directions to maximize natural lighting. The southern exposure and the opening of the living area toward the southeast ensure excellent interior lighting throughout the day, creating an atmosphere of spaciousness and lightness.
This green oasis is a space designed for comfort. The ground floor of the residence is a carefully composed living space: a representative living area with a living room, dining room, and an elegant kitchenette; four spacious rooms offering flexibility in layout—private bedrooms, a study, or guest rooms; and well-designed functional facilities: a walk-in closet, laundry room, pantry, and utility room, a comfortable bathroom, and a guest restroom.
The attic serves as a discreet, separate private space, accessible exclusively to residents. It is the perfect place for a relaxation area, a studio, or a personal retreat.
