Anna Grabowska Archmedia references 2018

As part of the series of conferences organised by Archmedia, architect Anna Grabowska gave several lectures on revitalising Łódź, using the project to adapt the Grohman factory to serve as the seat of the Lodz Special Economic Zone (LSEZ) as an example. Anna was awarded for her professional and interesting presentations.

Lancet named Pearl of Łódź 2017

Our design for the LANCET veterinarian and beauty clinic placed 1st in the 2017 edition of the Pearls of Łódź contest’s Private Pearl category.

ŁSSE EXPO

We won the competition for the best commercial real estate of 2013 at Real Expo in Munich, the largest international real estate fair. 40 designs from all over the world competed in the contest! Our design for the restoration of the 19th-century Ludwik Grohman factory complex was chosen as the best.

Letter from Jerzy Grohman

We are honoured that Jerzy Grohman commended AGG for our work on the restoration design for the factory located at 22/24 Tymienieckiego Street, built by Jerzy’s ancestor, Łódź industrialist Ludwik Grohman, in the 19th century.

LSEZ - Prime Property

Experts and readers of propertynews.pl decided that the new seat of the LSEZ was the best office building erected in Łódź Province in 2013.

Interior of the Year - LSEZ

Architect Matylda Grabowska’s design for the seat of the Lodz Special Economic Zone, located in the restored Grohman Factory, was awarded with the title of the Interior of the Year 2013/2014 in the category of Interiors which build identity.

LSEZ - A Point for Łódź

The LSEZ building won the hearts of Internet users and scored A POINT FOR ŁÓDŹ in the “A Point for Łódź” contest, the goal of which is to “award exemplary projects, actions and initiatives which have a positive impact on the appearance of our city”.

The “Paragraph” - the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz, won the 2013 edition of the “ArchiTOPTEN - the most beautiful Polish universities” contest.
