A polypropylene fibre factory greenfield design for the Italian company Union Industries Polska. It involves AGG’s comprehensive investment support, ranging from project documentation at all stages, general contractor selection, architect’s and investor’s supervision and commissioning the factory. Taking into account the specificity of the production taking place in the factory, the design was created in collaboration with a team of Union experts.

The technology required the use of certain fire protection solutions and separate environmental protection agreement procedures. The production complex comprises a social and office building, a ground floor production nave with a multi-storey section, a finished goods warehouse, a hall with technical and workshop rooms, a laboratory, a silo complex, a fire water tank with a pumping station, a weighbridge and a system of roads, squares and parking spaces, as well as utility services.

The open space offices with social rooms and bathrooms, conference rooms and management rooms were designed in line with the requirements of the Italian Investor.
